SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing (Fulfillment)

All our products are printed on demand specifically for you. Once you place an order, it takes 2-7 business days to create your custom product.

2. Shipping Destinations & Times

We currently ship to the United States and Poland only. Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

• United States: 3-7 business days (Shipped from our US facilities).
• Poland: 4-11 business days (Shipped from our European facilities).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your local postal service.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

• USA: We are offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the United States.
• Poland: We are offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the Poland

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email.

5. Customs and Import Taxes

• USA Customers: Orders shipped from our US facilities do not incur customs duties.
• Polish Customers: Orders shipped from our EU facilities (Latvia/Spain) do not incur customs duties.
• If an item is occasionally shipped from a facility outside your region due to stock availability, the recipient is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

6. Returns (Shipping Costs)

• Defective/Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
• EU/Poland Returns (14-day right of withdrawal): If you are returning an item under the 14-day EU consumer law, you are responsible for the direct cost of shipping the item back to our administrative address in Poland. Please contact us at hello@bunann.com before sending any returns.
